Shepherd Drive Improvements Upper Kirby District | Houston, Texas BinkleyBarfield | DCCM performed construction management and geographic information system (GIS) services related to utility conversion overhead to underground at Shepherd Drive from US 59 to Westheimer Road. This included utility coordination, inspection, and GIS services for all private utilities as well. GIS services included 2D and 3D visualizations accessible on desktop and mobile devices, monthly unmanned aerial vehicle data and 3D video footage, pole inventory of overhead facilities, and access to CAD drawings through a GIS File Transfer Protocol website.

Inter-Agency Infrastructure Coordination and Assessment Tool Harris County | Harris County, Texas BinkleyBarfield | DCCM was selected as the prime firm for assembling an Inter-agency Infrastructure Coordination and Assessment Tool. The purpose of the tool was to assist Harris County and partner agencies with project statuses and updates on capital improvement projects across Harris County. Partner agencies include TxDOT, Harris County Flood Control District, METRO, Harris County Toll Road Authority, City of Houston, and the Houston Parks Board. The tool was developed as a GIS using the Environmental Systems Research Institute platform.
