With nearly three decades of comprehensive HR experience, she has led with vision and expertise, driving strategic initiatives that have enhanced our talent acquisition, employee engagement, and leadership development programs. In her new role, Michelle will lead all facets of human resources, ensuring that our people strategy aligns seamlessly with our business objectives. She will work closely with the executive leadership team to cultivate a high-performing, inclusive workplace culture that attracts, retains, and develops top-tier talent. For almost 3 decades, Steven has developed business in Municipal markets all over Texas and the Gulf Coast. Having previously worked with Jim Thompson, PE (DCCM CEO), Steve is excited to be part of this growing brand. “Jim is an incredible leader, and the opportunity to team up with him again is an extraordinary opportunity.” Steven’s responsibilities will be to continue client engagement, sourcing and development, and implementation of business development strategies for future consulting opportunities. Monica Aizpurúa promoted to Vice President – Corporate Business Development

Houston, Texas—BinkleyBarfield | DCCM is pleased to announce the promotion of Monica Aizpurúa to the position of Vice President – Corporate Business Development. This promotion supports the growth of the division’s objectives of more focused business development and enhanced client relationships aligned with company strategic initiatives and ongoing career path development. “I’m really excited to see Monica grow in this new role as a leader in the business development team,” said David Hamilton, PE, Executive Vice President. Monica will be responsible for business development, pursuit activity, client relationships across the division, and supporting the DCCM platform in Texas. Houston Office Hosts 2024 Seamist Office Olympics

Binkley & Barfield | DCCM’s Houston office hosted an Office Olympics competition to correspond with the 2024 Paris Olympics. From the hilarious desk chair races to the intense paper toss competition, everyone brought their A-game. The competition was fierce, fun, and filled with laughter. The events held were the Desk Chair Sprint, Coffee Bean Scoop, Wastebasket Basketball, and Office Soccer. Everyone competing had a chance to participate in each event and contestants were ranked in each event and overall. We’d like to give a huge shoutout to our Party Planning Committee for planning this event and to everyone who participated and made this event unforgettable. The camaraderie and sportsmanship were truly inspiring.
