Chris Campbell Promoted to Sr. Managing Director – Water Conveyance & Pumping

BinkleyBarfield | DCCM is pleased to announce the promotion of Chris Campbell, PE, to Sr. Managing Director – Water Conveyance & Pumping. This promotion supports the growth of the DCCM water practice, aligned with our strategic initiatives for the division. Chris is responsible for meeting the DCCM’s growth objectives by expanding major water projects throughout the State. In this role, he will develop significant projects in Houston and the firm’s statewide regional office locations. His success includes recent awards for the Coastal Water Authority’s 96-inch Waterline, the City of Houston’s 66-inch Waterline and Metering Station, the North Harris County Regional Water Authority’s 66-inch Waterline and Metering Station, and prequalification for the North Texas Municipal Water District’s (NTMWD) water transmission projects. Additionally, he has presented a technical briefing for various entities, including the 2024 Texas Water Conference, UCTA, APWA, Dallas Water Utilities, NTWMD, and the Gulf Coast Water Authority, which has resulted in recent wins and prepositioning for new work. Chris joined BinkleyBarfield | DCCM in 2004 as a Project Engineer and previously served as Sr. Project Manager and Managing Director in the division. Jim brings a wealth of experience and a stellar reputation in the industry, making him an invaluable asset to our organization. Jim brings over 30 years of experience in designing public infrastructure and transportation systems for a diverse range of civil engineering projects. His expertise spans roadway and drainage systems, as well as water and wastewater facilities. He has successfully led projects in the Gulf Coast region for numerous municipalities and counties, including the cities of Houston, Pearland, Conroe, and Katy, as well as Harris, Fort Bend, and Galveston counties. Jim has been recognized for his exceptional work and leadership in water infrastructure projects. His extensive knowledge and strategic vision align perfectly with our commitment to delivering innovative and reliable solutions to our clients.
