
BinkleyBarfield | DCCM is pleased to announce the promotion of Chris Campbell, PE, to Sr. Managing Director – Water Conveyance & Pumping.
This promotion supports the growth of the DCCM water practice, aligned with our strategic initiatives for the division.
Chris is responsible for meeting the DCCM’s growth objectives by expanding major water projects throughout the State. In this role, he will develop significant projects in Houston and the firm’s statewide regional office locations. His success includes recent awards for the Coastal Water Authority’s 96-inch Waterline, the City of Houston’s 66-inch Waterline and Metering Station, the North Harris County Regional Water Authority’s 66-inch Waterline and Metering Station, and prequalification for the North Texas Municipal Water District’s (NTMWD) water transmission projects. Additionally, he has presented a technical briefing for various entities, including the 2024 Texas Water Conference, UCTA, APWA, Dallas Water Utilities, NTWMD, and the Gulf Coast Water Authority, which has resulted in recent wins and prepositioning for new work.
Chris joined BinkleyBarfield | DCCM in 2004 as a Project Engineer and previously served as Sr. Project Manager and Managing Director in the division. Chris recently demonstrated his ability to serve in this role by winning a major, multi-year project with the Coastal Water Authority, as well as other major water projects.
