Chris Campbell Promoted to Sr. Managing Director – Water Conveyance & Pumping

BinkleyBarfield | DCCM is pleased to announce the promotion of Chris Campbell, PE, to Sr. Managing Director – Water Conveyance & Pumping. This promotion supports the growth of the DCCM water practice, aligned with our strategic initiatives for the division. Chris is responsible for meeting the DCCM’s growth objectives by expanding major water projects throughout the State. In this role, he will develop significant projects in Houston and the firm’s statewide regional office locations. His success includes recent awards for the Coastal Water Authority’s 96-inch Waterline, the City of Houston’s 66-inch Waterline and Metering Station, the North Harris County Regional Water Authority’s 66-inch Waterline and Metering Station, and prequalification for the North Texas Municipal Water District’s (NTMWD) water transmission projects. Additionally, he has presented a technical briefing for various entities, including the 2024 Texas Water Conference, UCTA, APWA, Dallas Water Utilities, NTWMD, and the Gulf Coast Water Authority, which has resulted in recent wins and prepositioning for new work. Chris joined BinkleyBarfield | DCCM in 2004 as a Project Engineer and previously served as Sr. Project Manager and Managing Director in the division. It was a perfect way to bond and celebrate the season together! 🎁 Austin Angel Tree VolunteeringOn December 13, team members from BinkleyBarfield | DCCM, ATG | DCCM, and Baseline | DCCM in Austin volunteered at The Salvation Army Angel Tree warehouse. We organized, sorted, audited, and distributed toys to help bring joy to over 7,000 children in Central Texas. 🎄 Richardson Angel Tree GivingOur Richardson office embraced the season of giving by participating in the Angel Tree Holiday Giving program. Thanks to the incredible generosity of our team, the gift table was overflowing with presents for children across the country. 💫Houston Power Services Spirit Week For the 4th year in a row, The Houston Power Services team held their Annual Holiday Spirit Week! Binkley & Barfield | DCCM recently attended the 2023 Texas Water Conference. Not only did we have a successful time networking at our booth, but our very own Chris Campbell, PE, gave a presentation on our recent North Harris County Regional Water Authority (NHCRWA) water transmission line project designed and built as part of NHCRWA’s ongoing work to provide surface water to the citizens of northwest Harris County.

Binkley & Barfield just got back from the 110th Texas Municipal League (TML) Annual Conference and Exhibition. The event had nearly 400 exhibitors and brought more than 2,800 appointed and elected Texas city officials, including mayors, council members, city secretaries, city managers, city department directors, and municipal professionals to the Henry B. González Convention Center in San Antonio, Texas.
