Binkley & Barfield recently kicked off the Harris County Flood Control District’s (HCFCD) Stormwater Conveyance Tunnels, Phase II project! Black & Veatch, together with key partners, Binkley & Barfield and Halff Associates, is working collaboratively with HCFCD to fully develop and integrate a deep tunnel conveyance system with more conventional forms of conveyance and detention.
